Just bought the standard premium, and got sent a premium key, and the key is apparently invalid and i've tried everything. This is the second time this has happened. 21€ x 2 out the window

It says my up was banned before the end of my pay cycle said I bought a key through a third party when I clearly bought it through this website using the visa option what’s going on so many people have this problem it’s almost like robbery with an untrue explanation of what happened
