Hello, I got my premium upgrade problem. I've paid 19.95 EUR for the 31 days package, however after I paid it, it got infinite loading loop screen and stopped there. So, I checked my bank account and it got paid (19.95 EUR). But I'm not getting upgraded. Could you help me?
